Everything was perfect

We found your website very easy and intuitive. We were able to customize our trip and learn details about the various cities.

We were a bit nervous about ordering our hotels on the spot. When we got to our first destination and handed the voucher to the receptionist and they confirm that everything was okay, then that's when we relaxed smiled and said this is really cool. 

We set up for different accommodations and everything was perfect. We will definitely consider using RoutePerfect again and we will definitely recommend RoutePerfect to other people.

Overall we were happy with our experience from the planning to our lodging.  We had our trust issues about not physically seeing anyone, but your staff were available to chat with us when we had questions.

We had only one incident in the Doubletree Excel Hotel.  The receptionist told me that breakfast wasn’t included in the voucher.  My husband clarified the situation and she apologized for not reading the voucher correctly.  
The selection of lodging was very interesting, varying from modern hotels to tea rooms and an apartment.  We were expected at each lodging and there were no difficulties. 

We enjoyed ourselves immensely and we would happily use your company again for future travels.
