Belgium Flemish Dendermonde
Dendermonde is home to several Places of interest. Some of the sites to see are Dendermonde beguinage, The Church of Our Lady with two paintings of Anthony Van Dyck, and the the beguinage is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city hall and belfry have also been designated a World Heritage Site. The belfry houses a carillon and was formerly part of the Cloth Hall. Dendemonde has a Benedictine abbey right in the centre of town. The Dendermonde-Puurs Steam Railway is a heritage railway, running 14 kilometres from Dendermonde to Puurs.
