I am completely satisfied with Routperfect. The website was very helpful for planning our trip. The choice of hotels was very good. I have been recommending Routperfect to my friends. If anything was not exactly they way I planned, it was mostly on me. I should have paid more attention to offered hotels. For example a four star hotel in Perugia was wonderful, but 20 minutes walk to the city center was a drawback.

Overall we were happy with our experience from the planning to our lodging.  We had our trust issues about not physically seeing anyone, but your staff were available to chat with us when we had questions.

We had only one incident in the Doubletree Excel Hotel.  The receptionist told me that breakfast wasn’t included in the voucher.  My husband clarified the situation and she apologized for not reading the voucher correctly.  
The selection of lodging was very interesting, varying from modern hotels to tea rooms and an apartment.  We were expected at each lodging and there were no difficulties. 

We enjoyed ourselves immensely and we would happily use your company again for future travels.
