First of all, the service from your team was great. When I rang customer service, the lady I spoke to was really helpful.
RoutePerfect made planning our trip really easy. The site is fantastic in that it prices your overall trip for you and then allows you to change your hotels if you want to, updating the price as you go along.
 It was great to have everything paid in advance and to have the prepaid vouchers. the hotel staff all seemed familiar with this method.
