My experience with RoutePerfect was better than I expected. The website was intuitive, the staff were extremely helpful and I can't think of a single bad experience with the RoutePerfect service.
We had a wonderful trip. The hotels were what we expected them to be, except one which was WAY better than expected.
With your site, I was able to plan our honeymoon with ease, without any travel agents. I'm lead to believe that we got the best hotel prices as well and I was happy with what we paid. I managed to save a lot of money for shopping :)

Overall we were happy with our experience from the planning to our lodging.  We had our trust issues about not physically seeing anyone, but your staff were available to chat with us when we had questions.

We had only one incident in the Doubletree Excel Hotel.  The receptionist told me that breakfast wasn’t included in the voucher.  My husband clarified the situation and she apologized for not reading the voucher correctly.  
The selection of lodging was very interesting, varying from modern hotels to tea rooms and an apartment.  We were expected at each lodging and there were no difficulties. 

We enjoyed ourselves immensely and we would happily use your company again for future travels.
