Another tourist attraction is Gröna Lund - an amusement park located on the island of Djurgården. As of 2013 Stockholm boasts several Michelin star restaurants, two of which have two stars.

A majestic and lively port city, with stately historical buildings, monuments, vibrant atmosphere.

Situated on the river Trave, it was for several centuries the "capital" of the Hanseatic League. Because of its extensive Brick Gothic architecture, it is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Much of the old town has kept a medieval appearance with old buildings and narrow streets. At one time the town could only be entered via any of four town gates, of which today two remain. The old town centre is dominated by seven church steeples. The oldest are the Lübecker Dom (the city's cathedral) and the Marienkirche (Saint Mary's), both from the 13th and 14th centuries.Other sights include: the Lübecker Rathaus, Saint Catherine Church, Thomas Mann's house, Church of St. Peter, and many more.

Meissen is a town on both banks of the Elbe river in Saxony, Germany. Meissen is the home of Meissen porcelain, the Albrechtsburg castle, the Gothic Meissen Cathedral and the Meissen Frauenkirche. The Albrechtsburg, Built between 1472 and 1525, it is a fine example of late Gothic style. It was redecorated in the 19th century. Today the castle is a museum. Nearby is the 13th-century Gothic Meissen Cathedral. The hill on which the castle and the cathedral are built offers a view over the roofs of the old town. Meissen's historical district contains many buildings of Renaissance architecture. Also imposing is the view from the 57 metre high tower of the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady).

The land around the Kleine Scheidegg is part of the Inventory of Swiss Heritage Sites. Grindelwald village is located in the Bernese Alps. Long famed as a winter tourist destination with slopes for beginners, intermediates and the challenges of the Eiger glacier for the experienced, there are activities for the non-skiers, from tobogganing to groomed winter hiking tracks. It is the usual starting point for ascents of the Eiger and the Wetterhorn. Today, Grindelwald is also a popular summer activity resort with many miles of hiking trails across the Alps.
