Situated at the end of the Husedalen Valley, this historic Norwegian town features a ferry port and is surrounded by stunning nature.

Kinsarvik is the administrative centre of the municipality of Ullensvang in Hordaland county, Norway. The village is located at the end of a small bay at the end of the Husedalen valley. The Kinso River drops from the vast Hardangervidda plateau through the Husedalen valley before emptying into the sea level fjord at Kinsarvik. Along the way there are 4 spectacular waterfalls. Kinsarvik functions as a base camp and for tourists visiting the surrounding areas and has several camping grounds and a hotel. The shores of the fjords in this area are thick with fruit trees, primarily cherry and apple trees. Tourism spikes in for the flowering and harvest of these trees.

Most ride the 20-kilometre (12 mi) Flam Line between Flam and Myrdal, one of the steepest railway tracks at 1 in 18 (not counting rack railways) in the world. There are also a few spirals. A former rail station building in Flam now houses a museum dedicated to the Flam railway.

Geiranger is a small tourist village in Sunnmøre in the western part of Norway. Since 2005, the Geirangerfjord area has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Seven Sisters waterfall is located just west of Geiranger.
