One of the oldest is Dublin Castle, which was first founded as a major defensive work on the orders of King John of England in 1204. Other popular landmarks and monuments include the Mansion House, the Anna Livia monument, the Molly Malone statue, Christ Church Cathedral, St Patrick's Cathedral, Saint Francis Xavier Church on Upper Gardiner Street near Mountjoy Square, The Custom House, and Áras an Uachtaráin. Dublin has more green spaces per square kilometre than any other European capital city.

Ireland's illustrious capital is known for its literary traditions, an upbeat pub scene, and a wealth of cultural and historic sites.

Tipperary is a town and a civil parish in County Tipperary, Ireland. The town is a medieval foundation and became a population centre in the early 13th century. Its ancient fortifications have disappeared but its central area is characterized by a wide streets radiating from the principal thoroughfare of Main Street. There are two historical monuments in the Main Street, namely the bronze statue of Charles Kickham and the Maid of Erin statue.

Killarney is a medium sized town in County Kerry, southwestern Ireland. The town is on the northeastern shore of Lough Leane, which is part of Killarney National Park. The town and its hinterland is home to St Mary's Cathedral, Ross Castle, Muckross House and Abbey, the Lakes of Killarney, MacGillycuddy's Reeks, Purple Mountain, Mangerton Mountain, the Gap of Dunloe and Torc Waterfall. Killarney was bestowed the prestigious "Best Kept Town" award in 2007 in a cross-border competition. Tourism is by far the largest industry in Killarney. With the exception of Dublin, there are more hotel beds in Killarney than in any other Irish town or city.

Full of charm, colorful shops, and notable landmarks, this town is famed for its proximity to many historic and natural attractions.

Doolin is a coastal village in County Clare, Ireland, on the Atlantic coast. It borders the spa town of Lisdoonvarna. It is a noted centre of traditional Irish music, which is played nightly in its pubs, making it a popular tourist destination. There are numerous nearby archaeological sites, many dating to the Iron Age and earlier. Doonagore Castle and Ballinalacken Castle are also in the area. It is also a noted surfing destination. Doolin's harbour is a departing point for boat trips to the Aran Islands and the Cliffs of Moher. the village's main streets are Fisher Street that has several shops and hostels, Fitz's Cross and Roadford which has a few restaurants and hotels.

Visitors flock to this lovely village to enjoy its excellent traditional Irish music, a lively pub scene, and a famous cave.
