Angeles is a highly urbanized city located geographically within the province of Pampanga in the Philippines. It is served by the Clark International Airport in the Clark Freeport Zone. As the former home of Clark Air Base (then the largest United States military facility outside of the continental United States), it was significantly affected by the fallout brought about by the eruption of Mount Pinatubo in 1991. Today, Angeles and Clark form the hub for business, industry, aviation, and tourism in the Philippines as well as a leisure, fitness, entertainment and gaming center of Central Luzon. Sa Pa, or Sapa, is a frontier township and capital of Sa Pa District in Lao Cai Province in north-west Vietnam. It is one of the main market towns in the area, where several ethnic minority groups such as Hmong, Dao (Yao), Giay, Pho Lu, and Tay live. Before the 1990s, the town's economy was mainly based on small size agriculture. Tourist arrival between 1995 and 2003 grew from a total of 4,860 to 138,622. On average, 79% of the visitors are Vietnamese and 21% are foreigners. Certainly visit the local market before you head out to explore the terraced rice fields in the region.

An old French colonial village, it serves as an excellent base for exploring the stunning scenery of the region.

Haiphong is the third largest city of Vietnam beside Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City with population of over 2 million people. The city's name means "coastal defense" and it is nicknamed the Flamboyant City because of the many flame trees planted throughout it. Haiphong is Northern Vietnam's most important seaport and has many industrial parks invested by multinational corporations. Feel free to visit the local temple and the small history museum.

Vietnam's third largest city is a major transportation hub yet does not draw a lot of travelers. Be sure to try the local coffee.

My Tho

My Tho is the capital city, center of economics, education and technology of Tien Giang Province, located in the Mekong Delta region of South Vietnam. The majority ethnic group is the Kinh, and some of the Chinese, the Cham and the Khmer. Boat rides on the My Tho River are popular with tourists, and the city is known for hu tieu My Tho, a type of soup. Its attractions include Vinh Trang Temple, Cao Dai Temple, Dong Tam Snake Farm. There are four islands in the Tien River between My Tho and Ben Tre, also nice for a visit. My Tho is also well known as floating markets, where people sell and buy things on the river.

Known as the gateway to the Mekong Delta, this riverside city is a busy market town, dating back to the 17C.

Ho Chi Minh City, formerly named and still also referred to as Saigon, is the largest city in Vietnam. It was once known as Prey Nokor, an important Khmer seaport prior to annexation by the Vietnamese in the 17C. Under the name Saigon, it was the capital of the French colony of Cochinchina and later of the independent republic of South Vietnam 1955–75. On 2 July 1976, Saigon merged with the surrounding Gia Dinh Province and was officially renamed Ho Chi Minh City after revolutionary leader Ho Chi Minh. The city's attractions include the temples, several architectural landmarks, the Cu Chi Tunnels, and several museums.

Once known as Saigon, this city is a mixture of towering skyscrapers and elegant temples, full of great food, history, and culture.
