The trip was great, we really enjoyed it.

The planning  implemented via your site was really a key part of the trip, thank you for that.

The location of all hotels was good,  Verona we had a bit of a walk , but being close to the railway station was the key for us there, so no worries. Staff in all the hotels were great.

The communication from RoutePerfect was excellent.

Overall we were happy with our experience from the planning to our lodging.  We had our trust issues about not physically seeing anyone, but your staff were available to chat with us when we had questions.

We had only one incident in the Doubletree Excel Hotel.  The receptionist told me that breakfast wasn’t included in the voucher.  My husband clarified the situation and she apologized for not reading the voucher correctly.  
The selection of lodging was very interesting, varying from modern hotels to tea rooms and an apartment.  We were expected at each lodging and there were no difficulties. 

We enjoyed ourselves immensely and we would happily use your company again for future travels.
