A charming village full of history, where the many traditional 17C and 18C buildings are still home many of the city's residents.

Røros is a town in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. During winter, a traditional market called "Rørosmartnan" is organized each year in February and attracts many tourists. Femundsmarka National Park is located not far from town, as well as several lakes with the larger ones being Aursund, Femund, Bolagen and Flensjøen.
