Batticaloa is a major city in the Eastern Province, Sri Lanka, and its former capital. It is the administrative capital of the Batticaloa District. The city is the seat of the Eastern University of Sri Lanka and is a major commercial city. It is on the east coast, south of Trincomalee, and is situated on an island. Pasikudah is popular tourist destinations situated 35 km northwest with beaches and flat year-round warm-water shallow-lagoons.

A city with easy access to nearby hiking and a lovely lagoon, home to several nice monuments and a few historic sites.

The site was of great help since I was already on the road when I had to plan the final part of my trip in Italy, I didn't have much time to spend on it and the site made everything easier and faster with a great price. Italy has a lot of different routes, the site gave me a lot of options and insights to make a good plan. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely use it again.

I found the process really easy. Simple layout and lots of options. It was helpful to see the route, allowing me to choose towns better ensuring that the journey would not take us out of our way. Four of our hotels where within easy walking distance of the city center. The hotels were very easy to find with the use of your paperwork and a sat nav. All in all it was a fantastic holiday visiting five countries in ten days. Five different cultures and five different experiences. I am happy to recommend all the hotels we stayed in.
