The most popular tourist attraction is Oskarsborg, a tower built in 1895 on the top of a hill close to the town centre. The tower is built as a memorial over a visit of king Oscar II of Sweden. The king actually never visited Soderhamn.

Thank you for helping to make our trip smooth and memorable. Most of the hotels were quite nice and the service was great, especially at the Doubletree by Hilton where they were very accommodating. I did take advantage of the information you provided regarding suggested sites, I found your website very helpful and I have already recommended it to various friends before travelling abroad.

I found the process really easy. Simple layout and lots of options. It was helpful to see the route, allowing me to choose towns better ensuring that the journey would not take us out of our way. Four of our hotels where within easy walking distance of the city center. The hotels were very easy to find with the use of your paperwork and a sat nav. All in all it was a fantastic holiday visiting five countries in ten days. Five different cultures and five different experiences. I am happy to recommend all the hotels we stayed in.
