Trollhattan is a city and the seat of Trollhattan Municipality, Vastra Gotaland County, located on the river Göta älv, at the Trollhättan Falls, 75 km north of Sweden's second-largest city, Gothenburg. Trollhättan hosts a film production complex known as Trollywood. Some of the movies filmed here inclue Dancer in the Dark, Melancholia, and Dogville.

Visitors to the scenic city of Trollhattan enjoy walks along the river, local museum, and the array of restaurants.
