My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our trip to Europe, our only  complaint is that it wasn't long enough. I feel that we just scratched the surface and there is so much more we want to see and do. We definitely will be planning another trip in the near future.

Overall we were happy with our experience from the planning to our lodging.  We had our trust issues about not physically seeing anyone, but your staff were available to chat with us when we had questions.

We had only one incident in the Doubletree Excel Hotel.  The receptionist told me that breakfast wasn’t included in the voucher.  My husband clarified the situation and she apologized for not reading the voucher correctly.  
The selection of lodging was very interesting, varying from modern hotels to tea rooms and an apartment.  We were expected at each lodging and there were no difficulties. 

We enjoyed ourselves immensely and we would happily use your company again for future travels.
