Kolasin is a town in northern Montenegro and is the center of Kolasin Municipality, as well as the unofficial center of Moraca region, named after Moraca River. Kolasin is one of the centers of Montenegro's mountain tourism. Although Zabljak is considered more attractive destination, Kolasin has the advantage of being easily accessible by road and rail. Kolasin is located on the foot of Bjelasica and Sinjajevina mountains, which offer great conditions for skiing. Because of Kolasin 's altitude (954m), the town is considered an air spa. Along with your exploration of the surrounding nature and Kolasin's historic center, be sure to visit the Dulovina Botanic Garden.

Zabljak is a small town in northern Montenegro. The town is in the center of the Durmitor mountain region and with an altitude of 1,456m, it is the highest situated town on the Balkans. All that has remained of its original buildings is the old church of Holy Transfiguration, built in 19C as a monument to a Montenegrin victory in the battle against the Ottoman Empire. In the 1880s Zabljak became a market town, leading it to become administrative center of the region. Before WWII, Zabljak's unique nature was drawing the attention of tourists from the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, and also from abroad, especially Italy. After the war, Zabljak rebuilt itself and became Montenegro's center for winter sports.
