Andorra la Vella is the capital of Andorra and is located high in the east Pyrenees between France and Spain. The city's old town is characterized by old stone streets and houses. The oldest building in the city is The Church of Santa Coloma, dating from the ninth century. The city is the country's cultural centre, with the Government Exhibition Hall acting as a main theatre and museum. The piazza outside the parliament building is also the location of a number of events, and the town hosts a music festival every winter.

Aix en Provence

FoodNight lifeHistoricCulture1 nightSun. Jan 04 - Mon. Jan 05

Aix-en-Provenc, or simply Aix, is a city commune in south of France. It is in the region of Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur. The population of Aix numbers approximately 143,000. The Cours Mirabeau is a wide thoroughfare, planted with double rows of plane-trees, bordered by fine houses and decorated by fountains. It follows the line of the old city wall and divides the town into two sections. The new town extends to the south and west; the old town, with its narrow, irregular streets and its old mansions dating from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, lies to the north.

Youthful and progressive, this town remains charming and provincial with its monuments, facades, and architecture from the past.

Cinque Terre

Italy, Riviera region

Small townsActiveNight lifeNatureCulture1 nightMon. Jan 05 - Tue. Jan 06

Cinque Terre is a rugged portion of coast on the Italian Riviera. It is in the Liguria region of Italy, to the west of the city of La Spezia. "The Five Lands" is composed of five villages: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. The coastline, the five villages, and the surrounding hillsides are all part of the Cinque Terre National Park and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Over the centuries, people have carefully built terraces on the rugged, steep landscape right up to the cliffs that overlook the sea. Part of its charm is the lack of visible corporate development. Paths, trains and boats connect the villages, and cars cannot reach them from the outside. The Cinque Terre area is a very popular tourist destination.

Comprised of five colorful villages, this Italian town sprawls over terraced rocks along the coast and offers spectacular scenery.

About 2,000 years ago, during the peak of the Roman Empire, the Romans paved an extensive network of roads spanning approximately 50,000 miles. These roads, originating from Rome, the heart of the Empire, became the origin of the famous saying, "All roads lead to Rome."

Rome's charm extends beyond its historical sites to encompass the delectable culinary delights and enchanting ambiance that graces every nook and cranny of the city.
