Denmark North Jutland Skagen
Skagen is Denmark's northernmost town, Situated on the east coast of the Skagen Odde peninsula in the far north of Jutland. The town is a thriving tourist attraction, attracting some 2 million people annually. There are many galleries around townselling artwork and handicrafts. Sankt Laurentii Vej, one of the main streets away from the harbour area in Skagen is a known for its glass and pottery shops. Of particular note are Skagen Glasvaerksted and Skagen Potteri. In addition there is has a wide range of shops and food stores. Other points of interest in and around town include the headland at Grenen where the North Sea and the Baltic Sea meet, Drachmann's House and The teddy bear museum.
