What’s a trip to Australia without meeting its most famous character – the kangaroo? 
At the famous Wild Life Sydney Zoo, you can meet kangaroos along with a large variety of other animals. One of two zoos in the city (the other is Taronga Zoo), it was opened in 2006 and is located in Darling Harbour near the Sea Life Aquarium. 

About a half-mile walk from The Rocks, perched on Observatory Hill - the highest point above the bay - stands the Sydney Observatory.

It is actually an impressive Georgian-style colonial mansion- a style that was adored by the wealthy in Sydney in the early 19th century- and is one of the few mansions that has survived from this period complete with its garden and original furniture. The beauty of the house made it a popular venue for weddings.

Toowoomba is a city in the Darling Downs region of Queensland, Australia. Toowoomba hosts the Australian Carnival of Flowers each September, and Easterfest is held annually over the Easter weekend. Many of the city's major parks and gardens are especially prepared for the carnival of Flowers, including a parade of flower floats.

Fraser Island is a heritage-listed island located along the southern coast of Queensland, Australia, approximately 200 kilometres (120 mi) north of Brisbane .It is Queensland's largest island, Australia's sixth largest island and the largest island on the East Coast of Australia. The island has rainforests, eucalyptus woodland, mangrove forests, wallum and peat swamps, sand dunes and coastal heaths. Fraser Island has been inhabited by humans for as much as 5,000 years.

Canberra is the capital city of Australia. The site of Canberra was selected for the location of the nation's capital in 1908 as a compromise between rivals Sydney and Melbourne, Australia's two largest cities. Canberra is home to many national monuments and institutions such as the Australian War Memorial, the National Gallery of Australia, the National Portrait Gallery, the National Library, the National Archives, the Australian Academy of Science, the National Film and Sound Archive and the National Museum. Many Commonwealth government buildings in Canberra are open to the public, including Parliament House, the High Court and the Royal Australian Mint.

This vacation town offers a wide range of activities including surfing, fishing, bushwalks, as well as arts and crafts galleries.

Katherine is a town in Northern Territory, Australia situated on the Katherine River. Beginning as an outpost established with the Australian Overland Telegraph Line on the North-South transport route between Darwin and Adelaide, Katherine has grown with the development of transport and local industries including mining – particularly gold mining; a strategic military function with RAAF Base Tindal; also as a tourism gateway to the attractions of nearby Nitmiluk National Park, particularly Katherine Gorge and its many ancient rock paintings. The region is known to experience heavy flooding during "the wet season".

Darwin, the capital of the Northern Territory, is a vibrant, modern city and home to about 150,000 residents hailing from a wide diversity of nationalities and ethic backgrounds – including a large community of Aborigines. 

The nearby Gloucester National Park contains three climbable karri trees, each more than 60 metres (200 ft) tall. The most famous is the Gloucester Tree, but there are also the Diamond Tree and the Dave Evans Bicentennial Tree, the tallest of the three at around 71 metres. The trees have metal rungs that allow visitors to climb them and reach the constructed lookout at the top. Other tourist attractions include the Pemberton Tramway Company, Yeagarup Dunes and the Bibbulmun Track. Tours include river cruises, hiking, canoeing and four-wheel drive tours of the national parks.

Albany is a port city in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. Albany is the oldest permanently settled town in Western Australia. The city center is at the northern edge of Princess Royal Harbor, which is a part of King George Sound. The central business district is bounded by Mount Clarence to the east and Mount Melville to the west. Albany was founded on 26 December 1826 as a military outpost of New South Wales as part of a plan to forestall French ambitions in the region. To that end, on 21 January 1827 the commander of the outpost, Major Edmund Lockyer, formally took possession of the western third of the continent for the British Crown.

Perth is the capital and largest city of the Australian state of Western Australia. The Perth Cultural Center is the location of the city's major arts, cultural and educational institutions, including the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Western Australian Museum, State Library of Western Australia, State Records Office, and Perth Institute of Contemporary Art. The State Theater Center of Western Australia is also located there, and is the home of the Black Swan State Theater Company and the Perth Theater Company. Other performing arts companies based in Perth include the West Australian Ballet, West Australian Opera and West Australian Symphony Orchestra, all of which present regular programs.

Blessed with fine Mediterranean climate, this port city offers a variety of museums, eateries, markets, and natural attractions.

Margaret River is a town in the South West of Western Australia. Several hundred caves are located near Margaret River, all of them within Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. Six of these are open to the public. The most famous of these is the multi-chambered Mammoth Cave, which lies 21 kilometres (13 mi) south of the town and contains fossils dating back over 35,000 years. The cave was first discovered by European settlers in 1850 and has been open to the public since 1904. The other five caves open to the public in the area are Jewel Cave, Lake Cave, Ngilgi Cave, Calgardup Cave and Giants Cave. Many other caves can be accessed with a permit by experienced cavers.
