  • Palanga is a seaside resort town in western Lithuania, on the shore of the Baltic Sea. It is the busiest summer resort in Lithuania and has beaches of sand 18m long and up to 300m wide, as well as sand dunes. In the summer, a multitude of tourists stay on Palanga, both for its beaches and to enjoy the maritime atmosphere. There is a carnival centered on Jonas Basanavicius Street, which is a pedestrian only thoroughfare during the high season. There are dozens of restaurants, bars, rides, and other forms of entertainment. Palanga's attractions include an Amber Museum and its extensive botanical gardens, Birute Hill, and the Anaiciai Ethnographic Cemetery.

  • Plateliai is a town in Samogitia, Lithuania. It is situated on the west bank of Lake Plateliai, the largest lake in Samogitia. The town with the population of about 1,100 people is the center of an elderate in Plunge district municipality. It is the administrative center of the Zemaitija National Park. The town is popular resort in Samogitia and attracts many tourists. Its attractions include the the 18C wooden St. Peter and Paul church, the park of the Choiseul de Gouffier palace, and the Plateliai Lake.

    Siauliai is the fourth largest city in Lithuania, with a population of 133,900. From 1994 to 2010 it was the capital of Siauliai County. Unofficially, the city is the capital of Northern Lithuania. Siauliai has 16 parks, covering an area of 1,177ha. Didzdvario, province and Rekyvos parks add to the cultural values of the registry. Its attractions include the Siauliai Cathedral, the Splius Adventure Park, and the whimsical Cat Museum.

    Sventoji is a small resort town on the coast of the Baltic Sea in Lithuania. Administratively it is part of Palanga city. The town is located about 12km north of Palanga center and close to the border with Latvia. Sventoji River flows into the Baltic sea at the town. The town also has a famous lighthouse, which is located 780m from the sea. The town is a popular summer resort for families, during summer it has many cafes, restaurants and various attractions for the visitors. Sventoji is an important archaeological site as the first artifacts are dated about 3000 BC. Enjoy Sventoji for its mellow atmosphere and the sense of history permeating its streets.
