Celje is the third-largest town in Slovenia. It is a regional center of Lower Styria, located below Upper Celje Castle at the confluence of the Savinja, Hudinja, Ložnica, and Voglajna rivers in the lower Savinja Valley. Local sights in town include a Grayfriars' monastery founded in 1241 and a palace from the 16th century.
