  • Sitges, Spain

    Girona, dubbed “the Venice of Spain,” is truly a beautiful city - rich in museums and history and home to charming boutiques and cafes. It is located in Catalonia, between Barcelona and Costa Brava, and features medieval walls, a maze of narrow streets and alleys, and one of Europe’s best preserved Jewish Quarters.

  • Calella de Palafrugell

    Palafrugell is a municipality located in the province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain. The combination of a good summer climate and beautiful beaches has been exploited for both domestic and international tourism. This medieval town was once fortified but is no longer. Many narrow streets emanate from Placa Nova - a large square with bars, restaurants and boutiques. The local government (Ajuntament) sponsors activities such as concerts and dances including the traditional Sardana.

  • Tossa de Mar

    Famed for its beautiful sandy beaches, panoramic views, and quaint medieval village, Tossa de Mar is a popular summer destination for both locals and tourists. You’ll also find stunning hiking trails through the area’s pine forests, abundant snorkeling, and outstanding seafront restaurants and tapas bars. There are many lovely coves near the water – hidden treasures that provide a reprieve from the summer heat and a great place to relax. Don’t miss sunrise and sunset over the sea – they are unforgettable, picture-perfect sights!

    La Seu d'Urgell, the capital of the Catalan Pyrenees, is situated at the convergence of two rivers, the Segre and Gran Valira, at the gateway to Andorra. Its strategic location made it an important commercial and cultural city in medieval Catalonia, and it was used in the Middle Ages as the seat of the Hegemon, the governor of the district. It was a joint principality of Spain and France until it gained parliamentary independence in 1993.

  • Tarragona, Spain

    Tarragona is a beautiful, modern port city with 133,000 inhabitants located in Catalonia in northeastern Spain. The charming city is known for its beautiful beaches, culinary scene, and rich history - in fact, Tarragona is steeped in history, and its architectural highlights include remains of structures from ancient Roman times as well as from the Middle Ages. 

  • Cadaqués

    Cadaques is located on the Cap de Creus peninsula in Girona, on the Costa Brava. Boasting the natural beauty of a rocky coast with beautiful beaches and tranquil coves, and the breathtaking landscape of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, this fishing village was transformed into a popular, chic tourist site - and a magnet for many famous artists. Pablo Picasso, Marc Chagall, the poets Garcia Lorca and Paul Alvar, and the film director Louis Buñuel all found inspiration in Cadaques in the first decades of the 20th century, but it was Salvador Dali, the famous Surrealist painter, who brought Cadaques to international fame. He often visited Cadaques in his childhood and later established a home there.

    Located on a beautiful bay, the town is centered around its lovely shoreline and sandy beaches, charming 10th century old town, lively marina, and rocky coves which overlook the glistening Mediterranean.

  • Sant Climent de Taüll

    Taull, a mountainous town in the Pyrenees in the Catalonian province of Lleida, is situated at a height of approximately 5000 feet in the valley of La Vall de Boi.

  • Fortress in Figueres

    Figueres, the capital of the province of Girona in Catalonia, is best known as the birthplace and hometown of the famed surrealist artist Salvador Dali. The city boasts the artist’s theater museum, the Teatre-Museu Gala Salvador Dali, which is a popular tourist attraction.

    Ripoll, a small town in the Pyrenees, is located at the convergence of the Freser and Ter Rivers.
