Nadi is the third-largest conurbation in Fiji, and is located on the western side of the main island of Viti Levu. Nadi is multiracial with many of its inhabitants Indian or Fijian, along with a large transient population of foreign tourists. Along with sugar cane production, tourism is a mainstay of the local economy. The Nadi region has a higher concentration of hotels and motels than any other part of Fiji. The Rocks, as the Sydney natives call the historic city center, was the shore where the first settlers of the city docked. The Sydney Tower, the tallest building in the city and the second tallest observation tower in the Southern Hemisphere, is a Sydney icon offering breathtaking 360 degree views from its observation deck. Ride up the high-speed elevator at the Sydney Tower Eye for less than a minute, and you will be at close to 820 feet -on clear days, you can even see as far as the Blue Mountains towering far to the west!

Near Darling Harbor and Chinatown, you will find one of the city's best and most contemporary museums - the Powerhouse Museum, also known as the Powerhouse Ultimo. As its name implies, the museum is located in a huge building which was used for many years as the city's central power station until the municipal tram service ceased in 1961.

Port Macquarie is known for its extensive beaches and waterways. The town is also known for its koala population, being the home to the Billabong Koala Park, and the Koala Preservation Society's Koala Hospital, caring for koalas injured through bushfire, dog attacks and collisions with vehicles. Beaches are: North Shore, Town Beach, Oxley Beach, Rocky Beach, Flynns Beach, Nobbys Beach, Shelly Beach, Miners Beach and Lighthouse Beach. Only Town, Flynns and Lighthouse Beaches are manned by Surf Life Saving Clubs. Lighthouse Beach is patrolled at only the northern end.

Port Douglas is a town in Far North Queensland, Australia, approximately 70 km (40 mi) north of Cairns. The town's population can often double with the influx of tourists during the peak tourism season. Port Douglas developed quickly based on the mining industry. Other parts of the area were established with timber cutting occurring in the area surrounding the Daintree River and with settlement starting to occur on lots around the Mossman River by 1880. The town is situated adjacent to two World Heritage areas, the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest. Port Douglas was No. 3 on Australian Traveller magazine's list of 100 Best Towns In Australia.
