  • Dubrovnik, Croatia

Dubrovnik is a Croatian city on the Adriatic Sea, in the region of Dalmatia. It is one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the Mediterranean, a seaport and the centre of Dubrovnik-Neretva County. In 1979, the city of Dubrovnik joined the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. According to CNNGo, Dubrovnik is among the 10 best preserved medieval walled cities in the world.

  • From the Balcony - Korcula

The old city is surrounded by walls, and the streets are arranged in a herringbone pattern allowing free circulation of air but protecting against strong winds.[2] Korčula is tightly built on a promontory that guards the narrow sound between the island and the mainland. Building outside the walls was forbidden until the 18th century, and the wooden drawbridge was only replaced in 1863. All of Korčula's narrow streets are stepped with the notable exception of the street running alongside the southeastern wall. The street is called the Street of Thoughts as one did not have to worry about the steps.

  • Cavtat, Croatia

Today, Cavtat is a popular tourist destination with many hotels and private households that rent rooms and apartments. The seafront is filled with shops and restaurants. A ferry boat connects the town to neighbouring Mlini and Dubrovnik. There are often many private luxury ships along the strand. The town cemetery contains a mausoleum belonging to the Račić family and decorated by the sculptor Ivan Meštrović. The Epidaurus Festival of Music has been held annually in Cavtat since 2007.

The town now boasts a number of high-quality hotels including the Hotel Indijan and the Grand Hotel Orebić. There are also numerous camp sites located around the town that also cater to camper vans. The town's main beach at Trstenica is also a big attraction. Many locals also rent out rooms or apartments during the high season. There is also a number of interesting historic sites in the area.

  • Lumbarda

Lumbarda is a small village on the Eastern tip of the Island of Korcula. A road passing through a picturesque area of pine woods and olive groves connects these two places. Lumbarda is surrounded by sandy vineyards, locally produced wine and sandy beaches. Lumbarda is a tourist centre, many of its inhabitants are active in the local tourist service (private accommodation, tourist excursion to islands Mljet and Lastovo and around islands of Korcula archipelago, scuba diving exursions etc.) but they are also wine-growers, fishermen and stone-dressers. Lumbarda has a rich history preserved in written documents dating back to more than two thousand years ago.

  • Lastovo Town

Lastovo is home to several interesting sites. The Church of St. John the Baptist was built in 14C, beside the duke's house. The Church of St. Cosmas and Damian was constructed on the foundations of an older church. It is first mentioned at the beginning of the 14C. The Church of St. Joseph from 17C (the simple Renaissance quadralungar building) has a nice facade with two windows, a statue of St. Joseph, and above it there is a circular rose window and a single belfry, built partly through donations by the fishing fraternity and contributions from the Pavlović and Fulmizi families. The Chapel of St. Mary at Grža was built in 15C through a donation by the priest Marin Vlahanović.
