Iceland Southern Peninsula

Reykjanesbær is a municipality on the Southern Peninsula in Iceland. It is made up of the towns Keflavík, Njarðvík, the village of Hafnir and Ásbrú. It is the fifth largest municipality in Iceland. famous local landmarks include the Viking World museum, Reykjanesviti lighthouse and The Icelandic Museum of Rock 'n' Roll.

Grindavík is a fishing town at the Southern Peninsula at the southwest coast of Iceland. The Blue Lagoon - a geothermal spa using hot and mineralized waters, Grindavík's premiere attraction, is located 3 miles (4.8 km) from the town centre. The Icelandic Saltfish Museum in Grindavík displays the story of salt fish production and its importance for the Icelandic economy throughout the centuries.
