Linköping is a city in southern Sweden. It is also the episcopal see of the Diocese of Linköping and is well known for its cathedral. Linköping offers a wealth of leisure activities to people of all ages - art, theatre, history, concerts, markets, festivals and sporting events are available. Special sights of interests are: the locks of Berg on the Göta Canal, the locks of the Kinda Canal, Old Linköping, Valla Wood, the Air Force Museum and the Cathedral. The city and its environs offer all sorts of green landscapes to see and experience. Two examples are a park named after The Garden Society and the Tinnerö area with its oak woodland.

Norrköping is a city in the province of Östergötland in eastern Sweden, and Sweden's tenth largest city and eighth largest municipality. Local sights include he Motala ström river. that flows through the city and the cactus plantation in Carl Johans Park, that are open in the summer. Kolmårdens Djurpark is a zoo located 30 km north of Norrköping. There is also Tropicariet, an aquarium, where for example snakes, crocodiles and sharks can be seen.

Vadstena is a locality in Östergötland County, Sweden. Despite its small population, Vadstena is, for historical reasons, still referred to as a city. The buildings in the city centre date mainly from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. The old town is well preserved and the streets have not changed much over the centuries. The Town Hall is Sweden's oldest, dating back to the early 15th century. Notable is the main street (Storgatan) where all the shops are gathered, as they would have been during the Middle Ages. Vadstena also preserves elements of more recent history in the museum of the Vadstena-Fågelsta narrow gauge railway (Wadstena Fogelsta Järnväg).
