    Lillehammer is a town in Oppland county, Norway. It is known as a typical venue for winter sporting events, and had hosted the 1994 Winter Olympics. In addition to the Olympic site, Lillehammer offers a number of other tourist attractions including Garmo stave church, The PS Skibladner paddle steamer and The rock carvings at Drotten, Fåberg. there are also several sky resorts in the area including Hafjell, Kvitfjell and Sjusjøen. The city centre is a late 19th-century concentration of wooden houses, which enjoys a picturesque location overlooking the northern part of lake Mjøsa and the river Lågen, surrounded by mountains.

    Sandefjord is a city and municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the city of Sandefjord. The city is known for its rich Viking history and the prosperous whaling industry, which once made Sandefjord the richest city in Norway. One of the most important remains from the Viking age was found at the grave site Gokstadhaugen in Sandefjord. The Gokstad ship was excavated by Nicolay Nicolaysen and is now in the Viking Ship Museum in Oslo. There is also a whaling museum in town. Sandefjord has a good selection of restaurants and cafés and a charming city centre, consisting of a mixture of old and modern buildings and a wide selection of shops.

It is one of the larger cities in Norway, and lies about 40 kilometres from the capital of Norway, Oslo Sight in the city include Aass Brewery - oldest surviving brewery in Norway, The Drammen Spiral and The Drammen Museum of Art and Cultural History. The museum also includes the two largest preserved like farms in Drammen, Gulskogen Manor and Austad farm.

Larvik has a daily ferry connection to Hirtshals, Denmark.

    Tønsberg is a municipality in Vestfold county, southern Norway, on the western coast of the Oslofjord. Perhaps the most important landmark in the town is Slottsfjellet - the tower standing on the hill. Other notable landmarks include The Haugar Art Museum, Foynegården, Ruins of St. Olav's Church and Oseberghaugen - a Viking era burial mound. The Oseberg ship was found in this site. Tønsberg is also noted for the silverware produced in town.

    Halden is a town in Østfold county, Norway. The town is surrounded by forests and water bodies and there are many hiking destinations. Popular destinations for hikers and other nature lovers include Prestebakke and Kornsjø. Halden hosts several festivals including a food and wooden boat festival in july, the Bom-Kræsj-Bang cultural festival during April and the Down on the Farm country/roots festival. Other sights in town include The fortress of Fredriksten which houses several museums and Rød Herregård - one of the best preserved manor houses in Norway.
