Kongsberg is a townin Buskerud county, Norway. The town is divided by the river Numedalslågen, which has three waterfalls in the town itself. A local attraction, The crowns in Håvet is a site where Norwegian royal monograms have been carved into the mountainside. Kongsberg is also home to the Mint of Norway which mints Norwegian coins and also produces circulating and collectors' coins for other countries.

Set in the midst of lush forests, Kongsberg is a lovely town filled with low-key museums, cultural venues, and historic landmarks.
