Poland Lublin

Lublin is the ninth largest city in Poland and the second largest city of Lesser Poland. It is the capital of Lublin Voivodeship, and not only the largest city in eastern Poland, but also serves as an important regional cultural capital. Since accession of Poland into the EU, Lublin has been called the "Gate to the East". Since then, many important international events have taken place here, involving Ukrainian, Lithuanian, Russian and Belarusian artists, researchers and politicians. Its main sights include the Majdanek State Museum, theaters and cabarets, multitude of galleries, and the Old Town.

Kazimierz Doln is a small town in Central Poland, on the eastern bank of the Vistula river. It is a considerable tourist attraction as one of the most beautifully situated little towns in Poland. In the late 17th century, a freeze in local economic development enabled the town to preserve its Renaissance urban plan and appearance. Kazimierz Dolny is an art center in Poland. Many painters retreat to this small town to paint and sell their work. Galleries can be found in almost every street, offering for sale sculptures, stained-glass, folk art, and fine art. When visiting don't miss the St. Anna’s Hospital Church, the Wailing Wall, the tenement houses, and the nearby Korzeniowy Dol Gorge.

Zamosc pronounced is a city in southeastern Poland, situated in the southern part of Lublin Voivodeship. The historical center of Zamosc was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1992, following a decision of the World Heritage Committee. Most historic buildings are located in the Old Town, whose main distinguishing features have been retained. It includes the regular Great Market Square (Rynek Wielcki), Town Hall (Ratusz), and the so-called "Armenian houses," as well as fragments of the original fortress and fortifications.
